INFOGRAPHICS

I thought that this interactive infographic would be a good tool to use in teaching an elementary science class. It goes through the life of pandas and discusses concepts such as habitats and extinction.

This is an infographic that can be used in any Social Studies or History class. In addition to being used as a tool to help students become familiar with reading maps, this infographic gives great detail about what each of the 50 states have to offer. The map highlights natural resources, animal life and attractions that can be found in each state!

  1. This infographic seems like a fun way to show the different states and something that goes on in each state. Maybe the students could choose a state and do a writing activity based on what goes on in that state, for example, the state of Texas has cattleso they could write about the importanceof raising cattle in Texas. This uses both Social Studies and writing, which I think is neat.

  4. When I was a child a had a large wooden puzzle very much like that map, which I loved. It's a great way to get children to associate state shapes with names, as well as products and features.
